ALL of them: Overrated. Jay-Z and Nas, although the most beloved on Y!A ( and I am prepared for the thumbs-downs) are both extremely overrated. Period. No Discussion about it. Sorry.

EDIT: Thanks Glam. Glad someone agrees with me!

Mr 17.5 how can you say he's overrated? He's got 3 verified classic albums. Dude's been at or near the top of the rap game for over a decade.

    Reviews

The Blueprint 2: The Gift and the Curse. 3/5
    Positives - the production
Negatives - too many guest appearances, double cd= too much filler, below average lyrically for Jay Z

In My Lifetime Vol 1. 4.5/5
This is Jay Z best album after Reasonable Doubt. The production is tight, Jay's rhymes are tight, there is very little skip material and very few guest appearances.

The Dynasty: Roc La Familia. 3/5
Too many guest vocals especially with the average Memph Bleek. Some recycled beats. Its an average album and would get knocked down at least half a point if it weren't for the certified club bangin track I Just Wanna Luv U (Give it 2 Me)

    Vol 2...Hard Knock Life. 3.5/5
Its a quality release but really falters when compared to his first two albums. The production falters slightly becoming somewhat predictable. Highlights for me are Originator '99, A Week Ago (nice storytelling ability displayed) and Paper Chase (Jay works well with Foxy)
